- 1 cup of oats
- 2 spoons of vanilla protein
- 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons stevia (sweetener)

- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 3 egg whites
- 1 apple peeled and chopped (optional)
